Recycle your old phone books! The City of Flagstaff Sustainability & Environmental Management Section is currently accepting phone books at Flagstaff's Material Recovery Facility (MRF). Collection containers are available in the parking lot at the MRF. Phone books are transported to US Greenfiber in Phoenix for recycling.
