Look up in the sky, it's a Super Kid. Grace Baptist Church is home for the Hero Headquarters Vacation Bible School. Your kids can join our Super Heroes for Action Games, Super Snacks and Power Projects July 12 th through the 16 th from 6 to 8:30 pm. Recycle your old phone books! The City of Flagstaff Sustainability & Environmental Management Section is currently accepting phone books at Flagstaff's Material Recovery Facility (MRF). Collection containers are available in the parking lot at the MRF. Phone books are transported to US Greenfiber in Phoenix for recycling.

The Prescott Pops Symphony announces a
change of venue for "Star Spangled Pops"
Tim's Toyota Center,and the Prescott Pops Symphony announce a change of venue for the "Star Spangled Pops" concert, originally scheduled for July 10 th at Tim's Toyota Center in Prescott Valley.
This concert will be held at the Yavapai College Performance Hall on Sunday, July 11 th, at 3pm. Tickets can be purchased at the Yavapai College Community Events office, or at the website.
Tickets are $20 general admission and $5 for students.
The Yavapai College Performance Hall is the traditional home for the Prescott Pops Symphony. Renovations to the Hall have been rescheduled, allowing the Symphony to perform in their home venue.

Early Bird Rates have been extended until July 11, but Foursome spots are filling up for the seventh annual Cottonwood Chamber Golf Challenge. Entry forms are still available at the Chamber office, Verde Santa Fe Golf Course and Butler-Leavitt Insurance as well as the ability to register online at <http://www.cottonwoodchamberaz.com>.
The tournament registration will begin at 7am, and a Shotgun start is scheduled for 8:00 am on Saturday, July 24th, at the beautiful Verde Santa Fe Golf Club. Price includes a continental breakfast and wonderful buffet lunch catered by Verde Santa Fe Grille.
The tournament committee, chaired by Phyllis Mc Daniel, is working hard to make this fun community event a sell out once again. There will be a Phil Micklson shot on #9.
Joining major sponsor Northern Arizona Rehabilitation in sponsoring this fun community event. The Hole-in-One, with a 25,000 Cash prize, is sponsored by Moseng Chiropractic. Chamber volunteers are calling on community businesses for silent auction items, raffle prizes and items to be included in the golfers "goodie bags". There is no charge to include a logo'd item in the "goodie bags." It is a terrific way to get local notice of your business.
