POP ART PAINTING RAFFLE TO BENEFIT Prescott SCHOOLS
The WILD IRIS Coffeehouse on Granite Street is holding a raffle to benefit the PUSD and its arts programs.
Artist Jacques Laliberté has painted a stunning pop-style artwork that spans a full 4 feet by 6 feet, edged in a coordinating color molding, all ready to hang in your house. The acrylic on canvas work, titled Flash Driven, has hung inside the café since May and is a patron favorite. For all those who have admired it, now it can be yours. Let's hope you have a wall big enough!
Raffle tickets are being sold now, with the final winner's drawing to be held November 15 th, 2010. Prices are $2. for one ticket, $5 for 3 tickets and $10. for 7 tickets.
Stop by the WILD IRIS at 124 South Granite Street for tickets-- and a fine coffee drink and hand made baked goods.

These talks are designed to offer students and the local community opportunities to dialogue about issues and hot topics related to environmental health and the relationships between humans and the rest of the natural world. The Environmental Studies Colloquium Series is offered each spring and fall semester at Prescott College by Prescott College faculty and distinguished visiting researchers and experts in the field. Event Title: Veteran’s Appreciation Night with 108 th Army Band

The 108 th Army Band will lead the evening of patriotic music and veteran acknowledgements. The evening will also include the Prescott Fine Arts Choir and guest speakers from the outstanding veterans at the Prescott campus.
Embry-Riddle is proud to support our veterans and this event is a way to recognize servicemen and women, our veterans, our current ROTC students, and Embry-Riddle Alumni who served our great nation. This is a day for everyone to unite and shake the hands of freedom.
All Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom Veterans invited. The VA will provide resources to the OEF/OIF Veterans at the front entrance of the Embry Riddle Activity Center, Building 83 until the start of the concert.
