A Flagstaff man was arrested Thursday night, just hours after robbing the Wells Fargo Bank Branch located inside Fry’s grocery on Switzer Canyon Drive. Sgt James Jackson says the suspect entered the bank around 2:30PM.
The male subject walked up to the teller and handed her a note which indicated that he had a weapon. The note also demanded cash.
Jackson says the suspect ran out on foot and escaped capture, but as detectives reviewed the bank’s security video, one detective immediately recognized the suspect from a previous contact. Jackson says a warrant was issued for 23-year old Zachary Foehr, who was found a short time later hiding out at a friend’s house. Foehr was booked on one count of armed robbery.
